A very fine lunch

What a treat it is to have family in town. You just realize what you are missing when they come and stay for a bit. We moved out to Louisville when Trey was just 15 months old and I was just barely pregnant with Josh and Matt. Now all three boys are in elementary school and it is perfectly clear how long we have been away. We love living in Lexington, but times like these make me excited when we can all live a bit closer.
We all went to lunch with the boys on Tuesday. What a treat! Our group took up an entire table and I know we were the only ones posing for pictures the entire time we were eating. It's not that often you get to snuggle up next to both of your grandmas that are visiting from Utah. You just have to cherish times that you can be together!
Trey and Grandma Blackhair
Matt and Grandma Nance (formerly referred to as "Kurt's Mom"- Kurt is my little brother. When you have 11 grandparents you have to be inventive!)Josh and Rich's momBrynn is totally loving her meal of veggies, roll and tater tots. Delicious!Kailtyn samples the chicken and shows off her skills with the silverware. Trey should get some pointer from her.A very perfect lunch indeed!

I am so happy for you to have BOTH grandmas with you. What a treat!

I am so glad you took pictures of the "big lunch" it will help the boys remember later how great that their grandmas wanted to come to their school to share lunch with them.
