Josh, Matt and CJ. They liked the cupcakes but LOVED playing with the new Bakugan toys I gave to Trey at lunch. My parents knew we would be heading off to Louisville the next day, so they thought it would be fun for Trey to open the gift from them on Thursday night so they could talk to him on the phone. Trey's facial expression says it better than words. He and his brothers were beyond thrilled with their many new Bakugan packs.Friday, September 26. The long awaited day finally arrived! A Birthday Bash!
Trey knows how to do it right. Why only limit yourself to a party on your actual birthday? No way. It is far better to drag it out for at least a week. Right? I think he's smart. Very smart. The pre-birthday celebrations began on September 21, a full five days before the real deal. Rich's parents were in town for the Ryder Cup, so we knew we had to include them in the birthday fun. A Jackson tradition: yellow cake with chocolate frosting.Next up: Treats at school. Fayette County did not have school on Friday, September 26th, Trey's real birthday. So the girls and I brought Hostess Cupcakes to pass out at lunch on Thursday. Trey's classmates loved the sweet chocolate treat.
THANK YOU again TRACI for making Trey's day so special. Trey loves his best bud Trev and I love my sweet friend Traci. Perfect. Absolutely perfect.

Always has to be yellow cake and chocolate frosting for the Alcorns too.
Why do I have no idea what the words Bakugan or Hersoscape mean?
Sounds like Trey knows what he's doing. Involve as many people in the celebration as possible....good thinking.
Is Tracie's hair short or just pulled back? What a fun reunion for you. Sad we weren't there for you to visit too!
