Citadel Place

Our Cincinnati rental home
Anderson Township, Ohio

The single car garage that does not fit either of our cars.
It will be Rich's new home gym when we move his weight set up.

Front room (Lt of front door)

Family room (Rt of front door)
Kitchen and dining area

Back deck
Back yard.  The kids LOVE the play set.
We all HATE the mosquitoes that attack whenever you are out there.
Master Bedroom.  Rich's meager set up.
The girls room

Brynn quickly made herself at home.
Zach's room.  He'll finally get a crib and a room of his own!   I was excited to get this new bedding set off of eBay for him.
I'm not a fan of the blue walls, but I can do anything for 11 months.
Fun kids bathroom.  The owners left the rug and shower curtain.
The boys' room.  They are lovin' the pink walls.  It's the largest of the kid bedrooms.  We will quickly paint them tan when we move up there.
Unfinished basement.  This will be our laundry room, playroom and storage room.  We will take our carpet remnants from our home here in Lexington and try to make it a bit more comfortable.
The owners left their gas powered dryer.  I didn't even know they made gas ones.
Rich's life line to the world.  The laptop.  He has ONE phone in the house upstairs and no TV.
The owners did a great job remodeling the kitchen.

The kids are sad to leave Lexington and their friends, but they know they'll quickly be at home at our new place in Cincinnati.  The school is .3 miles from our house and there is another LDS family down the street that has 2 boys their ages.

The plan is to move in early August, so we can be settled in before school starts.

Now I just need to sell the Lexus, hire movers and pack up the house.

And wrap up swimming lessons and haul the boys back and forth to basketball camp.

Life is just never dull around here.

Not at all.

It looks beautiful!

I laughed about the boys' pink room. In our rental our boys room is lavender......hopefully we can do something about that.

Just so you know.......I am experiencing sellers guilt. It needs to be your house under contract.......not mine.

It looks super nice Cheryl! And besides, you can do ANYTHING for 11 months. Best of all, YOU DON'T HAVE TO SELL IT WHEN YOU'RE DONE!

Love you!
