Swim Banquet

The Pinnacle Pirates Swim team held their end of year banquet on Sunday, July 12 at 7 PM at the pool. Trophy time!The swim team took second place in the regular season and second place in the conference championships.While the pool was a buzz with swimmers, we hung out on the deck chairs fully clothed waiting for the trophy ceremony. I thought it was a good teaching lesson for the kids- sometimes we do things differently because of our religious beliefs (no swimming on Sunday).We have one of the largest swim teams in the area.9 & 10 year old boysTrey7 & 8 year old boysJosh and MattThis was their third year on the swim team. Josh and Matt swam freestyle and backstroke and Trey swam all four strokes in the meets. They have made so much progress since we started!While we waited, the girls were quite the little models. I had a good laugh at their funny poses.Pirate Brynn raided the Pinnacle treasure box along with the swimmers.
