December 26, 2009While Rich and the boys watched the Utah Jazz pre-game warm up from the bench and got the players autographs in the Energy Solution Center, the girls, Zach and I walked up to Temple Square to enjoy the lights before we went back to watch the basketball game. It was magical, lovely and perfect, even after we lost Kaitlyn's beloved blanket (recovered it from Lost & Found the next week), had an eighteen pound baby strapped to my chest and a camera bag and purse slung over my shoulder, was wearing 3 inch heel boots, almost didn't make it to the bathroom in time for a potty break and was plenty busy keeping two girls close as we walked through the thick crowd. It truly was wonderful to be there and take in the millions of lights and show the girls the most beautiful Christmas scene ever.
