Trey played in this second piano recital last night. He played two songs:
Pirate of the North Sea and
Our Detective Agency. He had both songs memorized and did a great job.

As voted by the students at their group lesson on Monday night, Trey received the "Fixer-Upper" awards for his ability to keep playing songs, even when he forgets or misses a note.

Jim's parents just told us last week that they wanted to give each family money to buy a piano for their Christmas Present this year. That means we can start lessons soon (although I secretly dread having even more "things" we have to do each week).
I'm excited to start looking for a good used one.
