We joined the boys for Park Day at Veterans Park on Tuesday, June 1. All students who earned 20 stickers attended. The kids earned stickers by being on time, turning in assignments, no tardies and good behavior. The kids played, ate a picnic lunch, had water balloon fights, blew bubbles and ran around outside for nearly the entire day. It was crazy hot, but they didn't seem to mind. Teachers handed out Popsicles and water. We loved sharing in their fun, but I was a bit sad to think it quite possibly will be the last time I ever see so many of these kids I have grown to love. Moving is just so hard!
