Diamonds in my yard

The snow that fell on Friday, January 8 was magical snow. It was the most beautiful snow I can ever remember. It was glitter and diamonds. It was airy, fluffy and light. You could actually see individual snowflakes, each catching the light creating a glow and shimmer that caught your eye and held your gaze. I wish I could have properly captured its beauty. Thankfully its was so lovely, it will be something I will never forget.

It seriously looks fake. Like the stuff people put around their Christmas Villages. So beautiful!

What beautiful photos. I love the fact that there truly are snowflakes. I saw some on my car window with this storm and was amazed. You really do take such beautiful pictures.

good pictures, Cher. I have never seen actual snowflakes in a picture before. Maybe you have different snow in Kentucky
