Oh my goodness Cheryl, these look like you had them professionally taken. Great job, they are awesome. I love the girls outfits, and haven't seen those anywhere. Granted I haven't left the house much lately......they are darling.

Unfortunately, the forecast for Paris is not looking good. Instead of striped t-shirts and scarfs, I am going to be wearing gloves and a winter coat with an umbrella....oh, well.

I did my blog books 8 x 10. I chose this size because it easily fits on any shelf.....also they ended up being about half the price of the big 12 x 12 size. But Sally liked the big 12 x 12 size because the pictures are really big on each page. Both my 2009 and 2010 ended up being the maximum 440 pages which cost 99$ with shipping.

I used groupons for them all which I had bought last fall. So each smaller book (2007, 2008) ended up costing 23 dollars and the big ones (2009,2010) ended up costing 33 dollars. Which was great. The additional books I ordered were just my kids' copies of the first two years. So now I have four of each book. You just had to order each one seperately and pay shipping individually (stupid, but the way the groupons worked).

If you ever run into any blurb groupons let me know (these were Pittsburgs). I need a bunch more to order kids' copies of the last two years.

It is insanely time consuming.....but really worth it.

I was thinking you should do a Christmas DVD every year for your parents and grandparents with pictures and video set to music. We do this and I treasure them. They take much less time than a photo book and are essentially free to make. Plus it is the ony time we do anything with all the video footage we take. They are very fun to watch and have become a Christmas Eve tradition for my family. That way all the time and money you put into the photo books could be spent doing your blog book and you would have the journaling included. I was just brainstorming for you.....because I know what a stress it all is and how stinking time consuming.

Hope you all have a Happy Valentines day! Can't imagine getting ready all the valentines you do. I'm dying here with three kids. Good luck!
