We have lived ten and a half years in places where it actually rains. A lot. Which means you never have to water your lawn. Ever. Imagine the excitement that filled my kids hearts and minds when they discovered sprinklers in our parents yards. They just pop up when you least expect it, making a summer evening that much more enjoyable. Too bad we were trying to get out the door when we found six kiddos that need some dry clothes. Yes, we call ourselves 'The Hillbillies'. If you have it, we'll use it and enjoy every second. Even if it's from streams of water meant for your grass.

I would trade sprinklers for fireflies any day of the week. But it sure is fun to see this pictures of your kids' sheer joy running through them for the first time.
