So we may have been in Cincinnati during all the Jimmer madness, but luckily for us Jimmer had one last hurrah at the Marriott Center before he moves on to the NBA (and marriage- check of the pic of his fiancee Whitney below!). The kids got decked out in their BYU gear and we had a memorable night watching Mr. Fredette in action alongside a multitude of other NBA rookies. (Though the girls' favorite parts were the cheerleaders, Cougarettes, nachos and ice cream.) The big boys and Rich scored 4th row seats (thanks to Grandma Blackhair) and the girls and Zach and I sat just above. Zach did manage to sneak down low at half time. He loved being close to the action. The crowd loved Jimmer and roared whenever he hit a 3 pointer. It was a fun event and I was even more impressed when I saw it had top billing on Sports Center later that night. Jimmermania is back again.
